Terms & Conditions/FAQs

The use of this website is subject to the following Terms and Conditions and is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any conditions stated on this website do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Confirmation and governing law

All orders placed by you and purchases of goods from us are on the basis of these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by us either (as applicable): (i) by delivery of the goods to you; or (ii) by collection of goods, at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between you and us.

The processing of your payment and acknowledgement of your order (including sending you an email confirming your order is being processed) does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.

The contract shall be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and shall be governed by the laws of England.

Price and payment

We must receive payment for the whole of the price of the goods you order and purchase, and any applicable charges for delivery before your order can be processed unless we have agreed otherwise in advance in writing.

For website orders, payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards or PayPal, by completing the relevant details on the checkout page.

By using a credit/debit card to pay for your order or purchase, you confirm that the card being used is yours or that you are authorised to use it. By using PayPal you confirm that the account being used is yours.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. All PayPal payments are subject to authorisation by PayPal. If the issuer of the card or PayPal refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order or purchase, we will not be obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal, and we will not be liable for the item not being delivered or provided to you. We are not responsible for the card issuer or bank charging the holder of the card as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order or purchase or if PayPal charges you for making the order.

Right to cancel

The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 offers you cancellation rights when you buy by distance, for example online or by post.

The regulations state you may cancel your order provided you exercise your right to do so within 14 days. The 14 days start the day after the date of delivery. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging with any tags/labels still attached.

Returns

We will offer either a repair, exchange or refund if any fault occurs within 30 days of purchase.

If a fault with your product occurs within the guarantee period (6 months from purchase), we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product & verify the fault.

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear & tear. Examples of this include sun fading & worn tires.
